White House & Pentagon Warn Russia, Iran on Syria: John Bolton

✅ Top Stories Today - Trump administration officials are warning Russia against sending new anti-aircraft weapons to Syria at the same time they are confirming U.S. troops will stay in the country after the final defeat of the Islamic State, in part to act as a check on Iranian ambitions.

The messages underscore the complexities facing U.S. policymakers as they deal with the various conflicts that have ripped Syria apart since 2011, and how deeply the U.S., Russia, Iran and Israel have been drawn into the conflict that began as street protests against the Assad regime.

The Russian pledge on Monday to ship S-300 anti-aircraft systems to Syria comes in response to the Syrian military having mistakenly shot down a Russian Il-20 spy plane last week as it was targeting Israeli F-16s operating over the country.

Moscow has laid the blame squarely on the shoulders of Israel, saying the Israeli jets were intentionally flying close to the Russian plane, leading to the case of mistaken identity and the deadly shootdown that killed 15 Russian troops.

The S-300 would represent a major upgrade over the older Russian-made systems the Syrians currently use, and would put U.S., coalition, and Israeli jets under much greater danger of being shot down if the system was used against them in missions over Syria.

Speaking with reporters at the U.N. General Assembly meeting in New York on Monday, National Security Advisor John Bolton warned that “introducing the S-300s to the Syrian government would be a significant escalation by the Russians.”

Putin And Erdogan Relationship Getting Less Cosy? Tehran Summit Will Spell Disaster

The relationship between the united states and Erdogan hasn't been an easy one, it seems like they are going through a difficult divorce, with NATO countries saying Turkey should be kicked out from the NATO alliance, and the US sanctions on Turkey and the unstable Turkish Lira, threatening to cross borders and create financial chaos.

Earlier this year, Turkey said they wanted to pull out their gold from the US federal reserve and cut trade ties with Israel. However, things haven't been going according to plan. Erdogan did buy S-400 missiles from Russia, however, it's still hasn't joined the Russian eastern alliance. Turkey continued to support the Free Syrian Army backed by USA and Russia media has constantly been exposing them in IDLIB, along with exposing US propaganda.

What do I mean by that, well lets have a look....

Turkey is playing both sides, some say Turkey is the trojan horse of USA, but only time will tell. At the recent Tehran Summit, Turkey wanted a ceasefire, but Putin said no way hose. Does this mean that the disagreement between Turkey on the one side and Russia and Iran on the other concerning a cease-fire will steer Turkey back to America and NATO cockroaches? Afterall, Turkey has been showing every sign of deserting over them over the past two years? No. The Tehran summit just revealed the loneliness and isolation of Turkey. Right now, Turkey has no friends, not even the US, it's only friend is Qatar.

Syrian, Russian and Iranian are adamant about removing the Westrern backed extremist elements from Idlib, Russia and Iran will ensure Syrian control on Syrian borders, including Idlib's border with Turkey. This can only happen when Western backed extremists are removed from Idlib.

There's a possibility that Refugees will flee toward Turkey, and so will Western backed extremists; this will ofcourse be a humanitarian disaster but this has now become almost impossible to prevent.

Such a development would blend with the financial and economic crisis in Turkey, which is getting more and more fragile. European countries are already shivering from a possibility of a refugee flood. Angela Angela Angela from Germany says NEIN to all this and she's ready for some confrontation! ....
