President Trump declared victory on Monday on a deal more than a year in the making. The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, or USMCA, largely keeps the structure of the 1994 North American Trade Agreement, but gives U.S. dairy farmers greater access to the Canadian market, add stipulations for the auto industry and increases certain protections.
