Pres. Trump shows a map that includes a handwritten Sharpie addition to make the early forecast for Hurricane Dorian look like it included Alabama...which he earlier had wrongly claimed was in Dorian's path.
He also says his preparations for Puerto Rico this time "worked out very well. Because they didn't get hit."
