Theresa May is stepping down as Prime Minister and is making her final statement outside 10 Downing Street.
After the speech, Theresa May will make her way to Buckingham Palace where she will give her formal resignation the the Queen.
Boris Johnson will be replacing Theresa May and taking his position as the new Prime Minster later on today.
