In this Video, I show how to obtain the Lustered/EC Green Packer from "Legal Trouble." After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there.
This Packer is obtainable on ALL Platforms and Versions! You do NOT have to store it inside an Interior Garage like I did BEFORE storing it at Trevor's Strip Club Parking Spaces. This is only needed if you're playing on Version 1.00 for Old Gen. For some reason, I can't store ANY Vehicles at the Strip Club UNLESS I store it inside Trevor's Interior Garage FIRST. It's a 1.00 thing. Not only this, but as you can see in the Video toward the end of the Video, I somehow got the Packer impounded AND had it remain at the Strip Club. Don't ask...Again, it's a 1.00 sort of Glitch that nobody knows about other than the people who've been playing on it all these years and don't update. But because of these kind of quirks on 1.00 for Old Gen, you must be careful at all times, especially for Vehicles inside your Impounds! You don't want them to get overwritten because the game is broken like this!
***CAUTION*** - If you are on PS3 or Xbox360 (Version 1.00) and want to obtain this Packer OR ANY OTHER LARGE TRUCK in GTA V for your Save File, DO NOT STORE ANY OF THEM in the FOURTH Save Slot inside the Interior Garage! The Slot I am using in this Video is Slot 1. You can use Slot 1, 2, or 3, but Slot 4 will break your Interior Garage for good and you do not want that to happen! Furthermore, if you ever enter your Interior Garage to retrieve a large Truck and see it's on its side, simply EXIT the Interior Garage and then RE-ENTER. Rinse and repeat this process until it spawns on its wheels and then quickly enter it!
You need to start the Mission with a LARGE TRUCK (it can't be a Fire Truck due to not being able to use Weapons inside a Fire Truck) like a Phantom, Hauler, or even a Packer itself. You also should have the AP Pistol in your Weapon Wheel.
After reaching the Airport and catching up to Molly, you will find two Police Interceptor's following Molly as her backup. What you must do is try and shoot and kill the driver of the Police Interceptor BEFORE it reaches the Airport Gates or else it'll be too late and you must reload and try again. There will be two of these Police Interceptor's and only ONE of them is important to kill the driver, so make sure it's the right one! If you do not kill the driver of this Police Interceptor, it'll be scripted to run into Trailer of the Packer and blow it up which means you need to redo the entire Mission.
Unfortunately, due to this process being quite annoying, it's sort of difficult to actually obtain TWO Packer's back to back of which I INTENDED for the Video since the Packer is Lustered and I wanted to show HOW to change Lusters and the only way is by driving back to the "S" on the Radar WITH the Packer and do the entire Mission using the special Packer for the Luster to change. Due to it being so annoying to obtain twice in a row, I will only be showing it obtained once like in the Video.
Unlike IV, TLaD, and TBoGT, Lusters behave MUCH differently in V. You can NOT just reload your Save and try again for a different Luster. Instead, and in regards to this Packer, you have to obtain one, then LONG RETRY the Mission by driving it back to Solomon's and using it during the Mission to obtain yet another special Packer. This is the only way to continuously change the Luster on the Packer and obtain the Luster Color you want instead of settling for the first one to spawn like I did in the Video.
Special Lusters: Metallic Black Steal, Metallic Blue Silver, Metallic White, Metallic Saxony Blue, and Metallic Candy Red
Lusters That Are NOT Special: None! EVERY single Luster is special for this Packer since the Body Color itself is EC and you can't ever take a Packer into a Los Santos Customs, either!

Once again unlike IV, TLaD, and TBoGT, MOST Lusters are NOT going to be special in V. So that means if this Packer would interest you, you'd want to surely get one of the SPECIAL Lusters that can spawn on this Packer (which is all of them in this case). However, to know the exact Luster, you would have to boot your Save up in a Save Editor to check the Colors you get to know if it's truly special or not in terms of the Luster!
A Luster is a Color in which overlaps the Base Color and can be seen when I move the camera angle around in sunlight. Some Lusters are better seen at night while some are better seen in daylight and there is even some Lusters, depending on the Base Color of the Vehicle, that are very faint and you'll hardly be able to see them.
