Spent a day chasing trains on the South Central Florida Express tracks near Lake Okeechobee in Florida. With Dylan (CSX O721 Productions) as well as Mike and Ryan along for the adventure, we made mostly a photo outing and a dedicated chase of the SCFE Sebring Turn. Hence the quick video. Featured are USSC (United States Sugar Corporation GP38-2s derated from GP40s, #406 and #408 which are very unique locomotives. The Sebring Turn can be a difficult train to chase and runs on ex Atlantic Coast Line railroad tracks, on a segment of line very rich in history. Even an ECHOES module was made after the line's crossing over the Fisheating Creek. I hope you all enjoy this real touch of Old Florida -- it was worth all that we gave up!
